$NURO presenting a low risk-high reward setup

NURO forming nice base/support around $0.70 level and the chart is extremely tight. This makes a very good risk/reward type of setup.
I think the breakout will occur very soon.
I'm hoping people realize the value here in $NURO trading below fundamental value:
Revenue Per Share (ttm): 1.93
Total Cash (mrq): 15.21M
Total Cash Per Share (mrq): 1.19
Book Value Per Share (mrq): 1.24
Pulling up the 1 year weekly chart of NURO almost makes me drool.
